Abstract
La invención se refiere a un método para controlar una máquina de mantenimiento de vías férreas (1), particularmente una bateadora de aguja de cambio o bateadora universal, que se mueve a lo largo de una vía férrea (6) y tiene unidades de trabajo (9, 10, 11), particularmente una unidad de bateado (11) y una unidad de elevación (9), las cuales son ajustables con respecto al bastidor de máquina (3), en donde los datos de posición de objetos de vía de férrea (5, 17, 22, 37-42), particularmente los durmientes (17), los rieles (5 ) y, opcionalmente, obstáculos (37-42), se registran por medio de un dispositivo de sensor (27) delante de las unidades de trabajo (9, 10, 11) en una dirección de trabajo (26), y en donde las posiciones operativas de las unidades de trabajo (9, 10, 11) se determinan para una operación de trabajo (21) en una ubicación de vía de férrea (33). En esto, antes del accionamiento de las unidades de trabajo (9, 10, 11), las posiciones operativas determinadas de las unidades de trabajo (9,10, 11) se visualizan por medio de un dispositivo de visualización (34), en donde, antes de llevar a cabo la operación de trabajo (21), las posiciones operativas de las unidades de trabajo (9, 10, 11) pueden cambiarse por medio de elementos de control (35). Como resultado de la visualización de las posiciones operativas determinadas antes de la operación de trabajo (21), un operador (36) puede reconocer posibles desalineaciones antes de que éstas se vuelvan efectivas.
