Asimismo, el dispositivo: comprende una cámara (16) de perfusión que contiene una carga de células biológicamente activas y está provista de una entrada (18) de fluido, una salida (20) de fluido y un volumen de una cámara (22) formada entre las mismas. La entrada de fluido comprende al menos un primer microcanal plaquetario (24) y la salida de fluido comprende al menos un segundo microcanal plaquetario (26), comprendiendo cada uno de los microcanales plaquetarios al menos una matriz de microcanales(28) que definen un paso de fluido entre las respectivas caras plaquetarias externa e interna, teniendo los microcanales plaquetarios al menos una abertura de 0,2 a 10 µm. La entrada (18) de fluido de la cámara de perfusión está en comunicación fluida con la sección (12) de admisión de la línea de transmisión; y el elemento (10) de restricción de flujo está configurado para establecer un exceso de presión predeterminado en la sección (12) de admisión con respecto a la sección (14) de descarga.
