Abstract

Las modalidades de una estructura laminada para su uso en envasado flexible comprenden una película selladora que comprende polímero a base de etileno y una película de impresión de polietileno multicapa laminada a la película selladora. La película de impresión comprende al menos 3 capas y tiene un espesor total de 15 a 30 pm. La película de impresión comprende una capa intermedia, una capa interna dispuesta entre la película selladora y la capa intermedia, y una capa externa, en donde la capa intermedia comprende al menos 90% en peso de polímero de polietileno de alta densidad (HDPE) que tiene una densidad de 0.950 a 0.965 g/cc. La capa interna y la capa externa comprenden polietileno lineal de baja densidad (LLDPE) que tiene una densidad de 0.925 a 0.965 g/cc. La estructura laminada produce las propiedades ópticas y mecánicas deseadas, junto con la capacidad de reciclaje y la eficiencia de impresión mejorada, mientras mantiene estos bajos espesores para la película de impresión.
