Abstract

Se proporcionan formas de realización de una estructura laminada para usar en embalajes flexibles que comprenden una película sellante que comprende un polímero a base de etileno y una película impresa de polietileno multicapa laminada en la película sellante. La película impresa comprende al menos 3 capas y tiene un espesor general de 15 a 30 mm. La película impresa comprende una capa media, una capa interna dispuesta entre la película sellante y la capa media y una capa externa, en donde la capa media comprende al menos el 90% en peso de polímero de polietileno de alta densidad (HDPE) con una densidad de 0,950 a 0,965 g/cc. La capa interna y la capa externa comprenden polietileno lineal de baja densidad (LLDPE) con una densidad de 0,925 a 0,965 g/cc. La estructura laminada proporciona las propiedades ópticas y mecánicas deseadas acopladas con reciclabilidad y una mayor eficacia de impresión, mientras mantiene estos bajos espesores para la película impresa.
