Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un proceso para la preparación de un hidrolizado de proteínas de hortalizas que tiene características adecuadas para el empleo en comida para seres humanos y, de modo más particular, para la alimentación de bebes; también se refiere al hidrolizado como tal y a su utilización.
