Abstract
La presente tiene por objeto proporcionar una mezcla que comprende una combinación de harina de arroz, un aislado de proteína, y/o almendra, para ser consumido por pacientes con enfermedad renal, preferentemente. Otro objeto de la presente invención es un producto alimenticio bajo en potasio, sodio y fósforo, obtenido a partir de la mezcla anteriormente descrita, el cual es útil para ser consumido por pacientes con enfermedad renal, preferentemente. Otro objeto de la invención es un sustituto de leche bajo en potasio, sodio y fósforo, obtenido a partir de la mezcla anteriormente descrita, el cual es útil para ser consumido por pacientes con enfermedad renal, preferentemente. Un objeto adicional de la invención es el uso de la mezcla para preparar un producto alimenticio, tal como un sustituto de leche, bajo en potasio, sodio y fósforo, para ser consumido por pacientes con enfermedad renal, preferentemente. También, otro objeto de la presente invención es proporcionar un proceso de elaboración de una mezcla que comprenda una combinación de harina de arroz, un aislado de proteína, y/o almendra, para preparar un producto alimenticio, tal como un sustituto de leche, bajo en potasio, sodio y fósforo, para ser consumido por pacientes con enfermedad renal, preferentemente.
