Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un ensamblaje de susceptores multicapa para calentar un sustrato formador de aerosol que comprende al menos una primera capa y una segunda capa que se acopla íntimamente a la primera capa. La primera capa comprende un primer material susceptor. La segunda capa comprende un segundo material susceptor que tiene una temperatura de Curie inferior a 500 °C. El ensamblaje de susceptores comprende además una tercera capa acoplada estrechamente a la segunda capa. La tercera capa comprende un material específico para compensar la tensión y un grosor de capa específico para compensar las diferencias en la expansión térmica que se produce en el ensamblaje de susceptores de múltiples capas después de un procesamiento del ensamblaje de manera que, al menos en un intervalo de temperatura de compensación, una deformación térmica general del ensamblaje de susceptores se limita esencialmente a deformaciones dentro del plano. El rango de temperatura de compensación se extiende al menos desde 20 K por debajo de la temperatura de Curie del segundo material susceptor hasta la temperatura de Curie del segundo material susceptor.
