Abstract

Die vorliegende Vorrichtung betrifft eine Brennerhaltevorrichtung für Brenner, die auf einem Flugstromvergasungsreaktor angeordnet ist, wobei die Brenner (4,5) in der Brennerhaltevorrichtung (7) gehalten werden und sich durch einen Flansch (11), der die Brennerhaltevorrichtung (7) an dem Flugstromvergasungsreaktor (8) festlegt, und durch die Brennerhaltevorrichtung (7) in den Flugstromvergasungsreaktor (8) erstrecken. Die Kühlvorrichtung weist mindestens zwei voneinander unabhängige Kühlkreisläufe (1,2) auf, wobei jedem Brenner (4,5) genau ein Kühlkreislauf (1,2) zumindest teilweise zugeordnet ist, so dass jeder Brenner (4,5) an einem der Stirnfläche zugewandten Ende von einem Abschnitt der Kühlvorrichtung umgeben ist, und wobei der Stirnfläche zumindest ein Kühlkreislauf (1,2) zumindest teilweise zur Kühlung zugeordnet ist. Weiter umgibt unterhalb des Flansches (11) innerhalb der Brennerhaltevorrichtung (7) von oben nach unten - eine Schicht (19) aus isolierender, bis zumindest 800 °C feuerfester Vergussmasse mit einer Wärmeleitfähigkeit im Bereich von 0,02 - 0,8 W/m K, - eine Schicht aus bis zumindest 800 0C feuerfestem Schüttgut (17), - eine Schicht (18) aus wärmeleitender, bis zumindest 1800 °C feuerfester Vergussmasse mit einer Wärmeleitfähigkeit von 3-15 W/m K, die Brenner (4,5).
