Abstract
CARGA DE SOLDA E FIO DE SOLDA PARA REALIZAÇÃO DE UMA SOLDAGEM DE DEPOSIÇÃO. A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de fixação de queimador para queimadores, que é disposto em um reator de gaseificação de fluxo arrastado, em que os queimadores (4, 5) são fixados no dispositivo de fixação de queimador (7) e se estendem através de um flange (11) que fixa o dispositivo de fixação de queimador (7) ao reator de gaseificação de 10 fluxo arrastado (8) e se estende através do dispositivo de fixação de queimador (7) para dentro do reator de gaseificação de fluxo arrastado (8). O dispositivo de resfriamento contém pelo menos dois circuitos de resfriamento (1, 2), que são independentes um do outro, em que exatamente um circuito de resfriamento (1, 2) está pelo menos parcialmente designado a cada 15 queimador (4, 5), de modo que cada queimador (4,5) seja circundado por uma seção do dispositivo de resfriamento em uma extremidade voltada para a superfície frontal e em que pelo menos um circuito de resfriamento (1, 2) é pelo menos parcialmente designado à superfície frontal para resfriamento. Abaixo do flange (11) dentro do dispositivo de fixação de queimador (7) do 20 topo para o fundo, - uma camada (19) que consiste em composto moldado isolante, que é resistente ao fogo até pelo menos 800ºC e compreende uma condutividade térmica da ordem a partir de 0,02 a 0,8 W/m K, - uma camada que consiste em material fraco (17), o qual é re25 sistente ao fogo até pelo menos 800º, - uma camada (18) que consiste em composto moldado condutor térmico, que é resistente ao fogo até pelo menos 1800ºC e compreende uma condutividade térmica de 3 a 15 W/m K, além disso, envolvem os queimadores (4, 5).
