Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- エアロゾル形成基体を誘導加熱するための多層サセプタ組立品であって、
第一のサセプタ材料を含む第一の層と、
500℃より低いキュリー温度を有する第二のサセプタ材料を含む、前記第一の層に密接に連結された第二の層と、
前記第二の層に密接に連結された第三の層であって、前記層を相互に密接に連結した後、および/または前記多層サセプタ組立品の熱処理の後、前記多層サセプタ組立品内で生じる熱膨張の差異を補償するための特定の応力補償材料および特定の層厚さを含み、これによって、少なくとも補償温度範囲内で、前記サセプタ組立品の全体的な熱変形が本質的に平面内変形に限定され、前記補償温度範囲が少なくとも前記第二のサセプタ材料の前記キュリー温度より20K低い温度から、前記第二のサセプタ材料の前記キュリー温度にまで及ぶ、第三の層と、を少なくとも備える、サセプタ組立品。 - 前記応力補償材料の熱膨張係数が、前記第一のサセプタ材料の熱膨張係数と本質的に等しい、請求項1に記載のサセプタ組立品。
- 前記第三の層の前記応力補償材料が、前記第一の層の前記第一のサセプタ材料と同一である、請求項1または2のいずれか一項に記載のサセプタ組立品。
- 前記第二のサセプタ材料の熱膨張係数が、前記第一のサセプタ材料の熱膨張係数より大きく、かつ前記応力補償材料の熱膨張係数より小さい、請求項1に記載のサセプタ組立品。
- 前記第二のサセプタ材料の熱膨張係数が、前記第一のサセプタ材料の熱膨張係数より小さく、かつ前記応力補償材料の熱膨張係数より大きい、請求項1に記載のサセプタ組立品。
- 前記第三の層の前記応力補償材料が、前記第一の層の前記第一のサセプタ材料とは異なる、請求項1、2、4、または5のいずれか一項に記載のサセプタ組立品。
- 前記第一のサセプタ材料が、アルミニウム、鉄、または鉄合金、特にグレード410、420、430、もしくは430のステンレス鋼を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のサセプタ組立品。
- 前記第二のサセプタ材料が、ニッケル、またはニッケル合金、特に軟質のFe−Ni−Cr合金もしくはFe−Ni−Cu−X合金を含み、式中、Xは、Cr、Mo、Mn、Si、Al、W、Nb、V、およびTiから取られる一つ以上の元素である、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のサセプタ組立品。
- 前記第三の層の前記応力補償材料が、オーステナイトステンレス鋼を含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のサセプタ組立品。
- 前記第三の層の層厚さが、前記第一の層の層厚さの0.5〜1.5倍の範囲内、特に0.75〜1.25倍の範囲内であり、好ましくは前記第三の層の前記層厚さが前記第一の層の層厚さと等しい、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のサセプタ組立品。
- 前記第一の層、前記第二の層、および前記第三の層が、前記多層サセプタ組立品の隣接した層である、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のサセプタ組立品。
- 前記第三の層が前記第二の層の上に配置されていて、かつ前記第二の層に密接に連結されていて、また前記第二の層が前記第一の層の上に配置されていて、かつ前記第一の層に密接に連結されている、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のサセプタ組立品。
- エアロゾル形成基体と、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のサセプタ組立品と、を備える、エアロゾル発生物品。
- 前記サセプタ組立品が前記エアロゾル形成基体内に位置している、請求項13に記載のエアロゾル発生物品。
