Abstract
Se describe la identificación y uso de proteínas marcadas fluorescentemente y que sufren un cambio en el índice de fluorescencia después del enlace a bilirrubina. Se revelan sondas que son marcadas en un residuo de cisteína o lisina y también sondas marcadas tanto en cisteína como en lisina con dos fluoróforos diferentes. Estas sondas son útiles para la determinación de niveles de bilirrubina sin enlazar en una muestra del fluido.
