Abstract
En la presente se proporcionan métodos para identificar la o las regiones genómicas predictivas de un resultado del tratamiento con una terapia celular y/o de un fenotipo de la función de las células. En algunas modalidades, los métodos incluyen análisis epigenéticos y/o epigenómicos de las células junto con métodos para preparar células modificadas para la terapia celular y/o predecir la respuesta a una terapia celular, por ejemplo, células modificadas para la terapia celular. En algunas modalidades, los métodos incluyen las etapas de evaluar, caracterizar y analizar cambios o modificaciones en una propiedad epigenética de una región o regiones de genes, tales como accesibilidad de cromatina, ocupación de nucleosomas, modificación de histonas, conformación cromosómica espacial, ocupación de factores de transcripción y/o metilación del ADN.
