Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método estable para introducir por lo menos un casete inducible en una célula, y permitir transcripción controlable desde adentro de ese casete inducible; el método puede usarse para cualquier tipo de célula, desde cualquier organismo eucariótico, pero tiene una aplicación particular en la introducción de casetes inducibles en células madre pluripotentes, tales como células madre pluripotentes animales o humanas (hPSC); el casete inducible se inserta de manera controlada de tal manera que asegure que el material genético que contiene no sea silenciado o sujeto a influencias negativas desde el sitio de inserción, y se controla la transcripción del material genético.
