Abstract

La invención se refiere a un método para producir un objeto textil plegable que tiene fibras cargadas electrostáticamente, y a un objeto textil plegable. Se utilizan al menos dos troqueles separados, uno para la producción de fibras más finas y otro para la producción de fibras más gruesas, al utilizar un proceso de hilado por fundición. Al menos el primer troquel, que se usa para producir las fibras más gruesas, tiene orificios concéntricos. Las fibras más finas y más gruesas se mezclan al menos en secciones durante el proceso y también se cargan electrostáticamente con la ayuda de un líquido polar. El objeto textil puede utilizarse para hacer filtros con un factor de calidad superior a 0.2.
