[Solución] Se provee un sistema de enfriamiento de arena de retorno 1 que enfría el arena de retorno y ajusta el contenido de humedad de la arena de retorno enfriada, en donde el sistema de enfriamiento de arena de retorno comprende: un instrumento de medición de humedad y temperatura de arena 2 que mide el contenido de humedad y la temperatura del arena de retorno; un dispositivo de control 3 que determina una cantidad de adición de agua apropiada, que es una cantidad de agua que se agregará a la arena de retorno; un dispositivo de enfriamiento por aspersión de agua 4, 5 que agrega agua de la cantidad de adición de agua apropiada a la arena de retorno y enfría la arena de retorno por el calor latente de vaporización del agua para obtener la arena de retorno enfriada; un dispositivo de introducción de aire 6 que introduce aire en el dispositivo de enfriamiento por aspersión de agua 4, 5; y un instrumento de medición de temperatura y humedad del aire introducido 7 que mide la temperatura y la humedad del aire introducido que se introducirá en el dispositivo de enfriamiento por aspersión de agua 4, 5; el dispositivo de control 3 determina la cantidad de adición de agua apropiada con base en el contenido de humedad y la temperatura de la arena de retorno, y la temperatura y humedad del aire introducido.
