Abstract
La invención se refiere al uso de al menos un aditivo de reología de organoarcilla mineral mezclado, que comprende o consiste en una mezcla de arcilla mineral tratada con sal de alquil-amonio cuaternaria preparada mediante la formación de una suspensión de arcilla de hormita acuosa (a), la formación de una suspensión de arcilla de esmectita acuosa (b), la combinación de la suspensión de arcilla de hormita acuosa (a) con la suspensión de arcilla de esmectita (b) para formar una suspensión de arcilla combinada (c), el tratamiento de la suspensión de arcilla combinada (c) con una o más sales de alquil-amonio cuaternarias, la separación a partir del medio acuoso de la mezcla de arcilla mineral tratada con sal de alquil-amonio cuaternaria, en la que la suspensión de arcilla de esmectita acuosa (a) se forma mediante (i.I) la dispersión de una fracción de una o más arcillas de hormita seleccionadas entre el grupo de sepiolitas y paligorskitas en un medio acuoso para formar una dispersión, y la suspensión de arcilla de esmectita acuosa (b) se forma mediante (ii. 1) la dispersión de una fracción de una o más arcillas de esmectita en un medio acuoso para formar una dispersión y en donde el peso del contenido de arcilla de hormita excede el peso del contenido de arcilla de esmectita en la suspensión de arcilla combinada (c); y someter las dispersiones formadas en (i. 1) y (ii. 1) a cizalla hidráulica de alta velocidad antes de llevar a cabo la etapa iii. y/o después de haber llevado a cabo la etapa iii; y en donde la una o más arcillas de hormita empleadas en la formación de la suspensión de hormita acuosa (a) muestran una capacidad de intercambio de azul de metileno por debajo de 20 mmoles de azul de metileno por 100 g de la una o más arcillas de hormita en estado seco, determinándose la capacidad de intercambio de azul de metileno sobre la parte de una suspensión de arcilla de hormita acuosa que pasa un tamiz de malla 100 estándar de EE.UU. y la suspensión de arcilla de hormita antes de pasar la malla 100 de EE.UU.
