Abstract
La invención se refiere al uso de al menos un aditivo de reología a base de organoarcilla mineral mezclado, que comprende o consiste en una mezcla de arcilla mineral tratada con una sal de alquilamonio cuaternaria, preparado mediante formación de una lechada acuosa de arcilla de hormita (a), formación de una lechada acuosa de arcilla de esmectita (b), combinación de la lechada acuosa de arcilla de hormita (a) con la lechada acuosa de arcilla de esmectita (b) para formar una lechada de arcilla combinada (c), tratamiento de la lechada de arcilla combinada (c) con una o más sales de alquilamonio cuaternarias, separación desde el medio acuoso de la mezcla de arcilla mineral tratada con una sal de alquilamonio cuaternaria producida de este modo, en donde la lechada acuosa de arcilla de hormita (a) se forma mediante (i.1) dispersión de una fracción de una o más arcillas de hormita seleccionadas entre el grupo de sepiolitas y paligorskitas en un medio acuoso para formar una dispersión, y la lechada acuosa de arcilla de esmectita (b) se forma mediante (ii.1) dispersión de una fracción de una o más arcillas de esmectita en un medio acuoso para formar una dispersión, y en donde el peso del contenido de arcilla de hormita excede el peso del contenido de arcilla de esmectita en la lechada de arcilla combinada (c); y someter las dispersiones formadas en (i.1) y (ii.1) a una cizalla hidráulica de alta velocidad antes de llevar a cabo la etapa iii. y/o después de haber llevado a cabo la etapa iii; y en donde la fracción de una o más arcillas de hormita empleadas en la formación de la lechada acuosa de arcilla de hormita (a) tiene una anchura integral B definida según la reflexión con índices de Miller (110) de menos de 0,800 unidades de escaneo en un patrón de rayos X en polvo registrado en una muestra glicolada orientada de la fracción de arcilla de hormita que usa radiación Cu-Kai, en una composición líquida que comprende al menos un poliéster insaturado. La invención también se refiere a un proceso de producción de un aditivo de reología a base de organoarcilla mineral mezclado y al uso del aditivo producido de este modo como agente espesante en composiciones líquidas.
