Abstract

Un método para fabricar un componente sinterizado incluye un paso de compactación para compactar por prensado un polvo de inicio que contiene un polvo metálico para formar un material compacto; un paso de perforación para formar un agujero en el material compacto con una broca para formar una porción delgada donde el espesor entre una superficie circunferencial interior del agujero y una superficie exterior del material compacto es más pequeño que el diámetro del agujero; y un paso de sinterización para sinterizar el material compacto después del paso de perforación. El paso de perforación se realiza en tanto que la superficie exterior del material compacto se prensa en una región que se extiende sobre la longitud completa del agujero en una dirección axial. El ancho de la región donde se prensa la superficie exterior del material compacto es de 1/3 veces a 2 veces el diámetro del agujero.
