Abstract
La presente invención proporciona un método para fabricar un componente en forma dentada, el método comprende: un paso de estirado para estirar una pieza de trabajo para obtener un recipiente cilíndrico que tiene una parte de la superficie inferior y una parte de la superficie lateral; un paso de reducción del diámetro para reducir el diámetro de una zona específica donde se va a formar la punta de un diente en la parte de la superficie lateral del recipiente cilíndrico, para aumentar con ello el espesor de la parte en esquina entre la parte de la superficie inferior y la parte de la superficie lateral, de tal modo que la forma del lado externo de la parte en esquina satisface la expresión condicional (1); (?R + ?H) = 2t ... (1) y un paso de moldeo de la forma del diente para moldear la punta del diente en la zona específica del recipiente cilíndrico que se ha sometido a una reducción en el paso de reducción del diámetro, y obtener con ello un componente en forma dentada que tiene la parte de la superficie inferior, la parte de la superficie lateral y la parte de la punta del diente.
