Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se a um método de fabricação de um componente em formato de dente que inclui um processo de estampagem de conformação por estampagem de uma peça de trabalho para obter um recipiente cilíndrico que tem uma porção de superfície de fundo e uma porção de superfície lateral; um processo de redução de diâmetro para reduzir um diâmetro de uma parte específica em que uma porção de ponta de dente será conformada na porção de superfície lateral do recipiente cilíndrico, para aumentar uma espessura de uma porção de canto de modo que um formato externo da porção de canto entre a porção de superfície de fundo e a porção de superfície lateral satisfaça a seguinte expressão condicional (1); e um processo de conformação de formato de dente para conformar a porção de ponta de dente na parte específica do recipiente cilíndrico com diâmetro reduzido no processo de redução de diâmetro, para obter um componente em formato de dente que tem a porção de superfície de fundo, a porção de superfície lateral e a porção de ponta de dente.
