Abstract
Un dispositivo para vaciar un componente metálico que comprende un rebaje externo, el dispositivo que comprende: un cuerpo base (3) con una primera porción terminal (12) y una pared lateral circunferencial (13) que comprende una superficie interna de ahusamiento (16); una primera parte de troquel (4) que se puede insertar en el cuerpo base (3) y que forma una primera superficie de moldeo (23) para el componente (8) que se va a vaciar; una pluralidad de partes laterales de troquel (5), que se pueden insertar en el cuerpo base (3) y que, en el estado insertado, se soportan radialmente contra la pared lateral circunferencial (13) del cuerpo base (3) y forman un anillo de troquel (17) que comprende una superficie interna de moldeo (18) para el componente (8) que se va a vaciar; una segunda parte de troquel (6) que se puede mover en el anillo de troquel (17) formado por las partes laterales de troquel (5) a una posición de vaciado, y que forma una segunda superficie de moldeo (36) para el componente (8) que se va a vaciar, en donde en la posición de vaciado, la segunda parte de troquel (6) se arregla de una manera completamente libre de contacto con respecto a la primera parte de troquel (4).
