Abstract
El objetivo de la presente invención es evitar que la velocidad de flujo de un fluido que fluye a través de un asiento de válvula o la capacidad de respuesta de una válvula solenoide se modifique en la medida de lo posible reduciendo una fuerza externa tal como una fuerza de compresión ejercida sobre un disco de válvula cuando el disco de válvula se asienta sobre el asiento de válvula y evitar que el disco de válvula se desgaste o deforme irreversiblemente debido a la fuerza externa que es ejercida repetidamente sobre el disco de válvula; la solución es un elemento operativo de válvula 40 que incluye una porción de soporte de válvula (brazo de soporte 45), la cual soporta un disco de válvula 3 mientras que permite que el disco de válvula 3 se mueva con relación al elemento operativo de válvula 40 en una dirección de un eje L; un elemento elástico 26 está colocado dentro de una caja de válvula 11; el elemento elástico 26 empuja constantemente el disco de válvula 3 en dirección al asiento de válvula en la dirección del eje L para ocasionar que el disco de válvula 3 se asiente sobre el asiento de válvula con una fuerza de empuje; la porción de soporte de válvula incluye una porción de acoplamiento de válvula 73, la cual es acoplada con una porción acoplada 4 del disco de válvula 3 asentado en el asiento de válvula, y separa el disco de válvula 3 del asiento de válvula; cuando el disco de válvula 3 se asienta sobre el asiento de válvula, la porción de acoplamiento de válvula 73 no está en contacto con el disco de válvula 3 en la dirección del eje L.
