Abstract

本发明公开了一种安装于变量泵中的阀体,包括阀座、钢球、钢球座和阀体,所述阀座的一端置于所述阀体内,所述阀体中部设置有所述钢球座,所述钢球座上设置有所述钢球,所述钢球的一端能够堵塞所述阀座。本发明以钢球座外圆与阀体内孔较小的间隙配合来消除阀的啸叫声,高压油推开钢球后,较多的油液从钢球座上面的孔及时流出,因钢球座与阀体配合间隙小,极小部分油液或无油液到钢球座下面的小孔,从而使此种结构的阀不会有啸叫声;本发明具有结构简单、性能稳定和使用寿命较长的优点。

一种安装于变量泵中的阀体
技术领域
本发明涉及一种阀体,尤其涉及一种安装于变量泵中的阀体。
背景技术
阀是在机器中主要起到调节流体流量、压力和流动方向的装置,如:截止阀、单向阀、减压阀、安全阀等。亦称“阀门”、“活门”。
传统设计的阀在变量泵中压力开启时,阀会产生啸叫声,泵在实际装车使用过程中产生噪音,影响车上人员的舒适性。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种安装于变量泵中的阀体。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
本发明包括阀座、钢球、钢球座和阀体,所述阀座的一端置于所述阀体内,所述阀体中部设置有所述钢球座,所述钢球座上设置有所述钢球,所述钢球的一端能够堵塞所述阀座。
本发明优选的,所述钢球座上设置有弹簧,所述钢球依托所述弹簧的弹力堵塞所述阀座。
本发明优选的,所述阀座与所述阀体之间设置有调压垫片。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明以钢球座外圆与阀体内孔较小的间隙配合来消除阀的啸叫声,高压油推开钢球后,较多的油液从钢球座上面的孔及时流出,因钢球座与阀体配合间隙小,极小部分油液或无油液到钢球座下面的小孔,从而使此种结构的阀不会有啸叫声;本发明具有结构简单、性能稳定和使用寿命较长的优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明:
如图1所示:本发明包括阀座1、钢球3、钢球座4和阀体6,阀座1的一端置于阀体6内,阀体6中部设置有钢球座4,钢球座4上设置有钢球3,钢球3的一端能够堵塞阀座1。
如图1所示,钢球座4上设置有弹簧5,钢球3依托弹簧5的弹力堵塞阀座1。
如图1所示,阀座1与阀体6之间设置有调压垫片2。
综上所述,本发明以钢球座4外圆与阀体6内孔较小的间隙配合来消除阀的啸叫声,高压油推开钢球3后,较多的油液从钢球座4上面的孔及时流出,因钢球座4与阀体6配合间隙小,极小部分油液或无油液到钢球座4下面的小孔,从而使此种结构的阀不会有啸叫声;本发明具有结构简单、性能稳定和使用寿命较长的优点。

1.一种安装于变量泵中的阀体,其特征在于:包括阀座、钢球、钢球座和阀体,所述阀座的一端置于所述阀体内,所述阀体中部设置有所述钢球座,所述钢球座上设置有所述钢球,所述钢球的一端能够堵塞所述阀座。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种安装于变量泵中的阀体,其特征在于:所述钢球座上设置有弹簧,所述钢球依托所述弹簧的弹力堵塞所述阀座。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种安装于变量泵中的阀体,其特征在于:所述阀座与所述阀体之间设置有调压垫片。
