Abstract

Un método de producción de combustible incluye los pasos de cargar excremento de ganado dentro de un recipiente de reacción y cargar agua cuya cantidad es de cinco a veinte veces más que los excrementos de ganado cargado, inyectar vapor saturado con una presión en el intervalo desde 0.62 MPa a 1.9, MPa dentro del recipiente de reacción después de que se han cargado el excremento y el agua, realizar una baja molecularización del excremento al descomponer las moléculas orgánicas contenidas en el excremento de ganado, mientras se elimina el amoníaco al agitar dentro del recipiente de reacción al inyectar vapor y detener la agitación cuando la temperatura de una porción inferior del recipiente de reacción se eleva a 125°C o más. Se proporciona un aparato para el mismo en donde se elimina la fermentación de metano que inhibe el amoníaco de los excrementos de ganado, y se puede lograr un incremento de la tasa de fermentación de metano y la cantidad de generación de gas mediante la descomposición de los compuestos orgánicos tales como hidrocarburos, proteínas y grasas contenidas en los excrementos de ganado en compuestos de bajo peso molecular.
