Abstract
El método es para la cuantificación de la pureza de muestras de partículas sub-visibles. Una muestra que será analizada es colocada en un microscopio electrónico con el fin de obtener una imagen de microscopia electrónica (100) de la muestra. La muestra contiene objetos (114). Los objetos (114) son detectados como siendo partículas primarias (120) o restos (106). Las partículas primarias detectadas (120) son excluidas de los objetos (114) de una manera tal que los objetos (114) contienen restos (106) pero no partículas primarias (120).
