Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un proceso para producir enzimas celulolíticas o hemicelulolíticas que comprende: -una etapa a) de crecimiento de un microorganismo celulolítico en un reactor cerrado, en presencia de al menos un sustrato de carbono de crecimiento a una concentración comprendida entre 10 y 90 g/l, a una temperatura de 25-30°C y un pH de 4-5.5, -una etapa b) de producción de enzimas en la cual se adiciona al menos un sustrato de carbono inductor, a una temperatura de 25-27°C y un pH de 4-5, proceso en el cual el sustrato inductor es una pulpa pretratada extraída de un proceso de pretratamiento de material lignocelulósico, la cual no se somete a hidrólisis enzimática y se adiciona en el modo de cultivo discontinuo o continuo, y la cual presenta características particulares: un rendimiento en hidrólisis superior a 80% en una prueba y una viscosidad aparente, medida en una prueba, inferior a 1 Pa.s para una velocidad de cizallamiento de 10 s-1.
