Abstract
La invención se refiere a un método y a un aparato para una hidrólisis enzimática en la que la materia prima a base de plantas se hidroliza por medio de enzimas. La materia prima a base de plantas (1) se suministra como alimento a la primera etapa de la hidrólisis enzimática (2), la materia prima a base de plantas (1) se hidroliza en al menos dos etapas de hidrólisis enzimática (2,4), una fracción líquida (5a, 5b) ), que comprende carbohidratos, se separa de una fracción sólida (6a, 6b) en una etapa de separación sólido-líquido (7a, 7b), después de cada etapa de la hidrólisis enzimática (2,4), y la fracción sólida (6a) se suministra a la siguiente etapa de la hidrólisis enzimática (4), en la que se trata la fracción sólida, y ésta (6b) se recupera después de la última etapa de separación sólido - líquido (7b). Además, la invención se refiere a la fracción líquida y a la fracción sólida y a su uso. (Figura 1).
