Claims (24)
- 植物系原料を酵素によって加水分解する酵素的加水分解のための方法であって、
− 植物系原料(1)を最初の酵素的加水分解段階(2)に供給し、
− 植物系原料(1)を少なくとも二つの酵素的加水分解段階(2、4)で加水分解し、
− 炭水化物を含む液体画分(5a、5b)を、各酵素的加水分解段階(2、4)の後に、固液分離段階(7a、7b)で固体画分(6a、6b)から分離し、そして
− 固体画分(6a)を次の酵素的加水分解段階(4)に供給し、そこで、固体画分を処理し、そして、最後の固液分離段階(7b)の後に、固体画分(6b)を回収する、方法。 - 最初の酵素的加水分解(2)の滞留時間が2〜48時間である、請求項1に記載の方法。

- 液体画分(5a、5b)を、濾過、遠心処理又はそれらの組み合わせによって、固体画分(6a、6b)から分離する、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 液体画分(5a、5b)を、各固液分離段階(7a、7b)の後に、回収する、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 植物系原料(1)又は固体画分(6a)を、段階的に又は徐々に酵素的加水分解段階(2、4)に供給する、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 酵素を、第2の又はその後の任意の酵素的加水分解段階(4)に添加する、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。

- 植物系原料(1)が、木材系材料又は木材系材料を含む混合物である、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 植物系原料を酵素によって加水分解する酵素的加水分解のための装置であって、
− 植物系原料(1)を加水分解する少なくとも二つの酵素的加水分解段階(2、4)、
− 植物系原料(1)を少なくとも最初の酵素的加水分解段階(2)に供給するための少なくとも一つの供給デバイス、及び
− 液体画分(5a、5b)を、各酵素的加水分解段階(2、4)の後に、固体画分(6a、6b)から分離する少なくとも二つの固液分離段階(7a、7b)を含み、そして
− 最初の酵素的加水分解段階(2)後の酵素的加水分解段階(4)が、固液分離段階(7a)で分離された固体画分(6a)を処理するように設計されている、装置。 - 当該装置が少なくとも一つの固液分離デバイスを含む、請求項15に記載の装置。
- 固液分離デバイスが、濾過デバイス、真空濾過デバイス、プレスフィルター、ベルトプレス、遠心分離デバイス及びそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選ばれる、請求項15又は16に記載の装置。
- 当該装置が、固体画分(6a)を次の酵素的加水分解段階(4)に供給するための手段を含む、請求項15〜17のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 当該装置が、最後の固液分離段階(7b)後に固体画分(6b)を回収するための手段を含む、請求項15〜18のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 当該装置が、各固液分離段階(7a、7b)後に液体画分(5a、5b)を回収するための手段を含む、請求項15〜19のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の方法によって形成された、炭水化物を含む液体画分(5a、5b)。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の方法によって形成された、リグニンを含む固体画分(6b)。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の方法によって得ることができる液体画分(5a、5b)の使用であって、該液体画分が、発酵、加水分解、化学処理、触媒処理、重合プロセス、解重合プロセス、分解プロセス、酵素処理、結合材の製造、飼料の製造、食物の製造、又は他の適切なプロセス、又はそれらの組み合わせにおける原材料として使用される、使用。
