Claims (11)
- 少なくとも2つの酵素的加水分解段階における植物系原料の酵素的加水分解のための方法であって、
- 植物系原料には、リグニン、セルロース、ヘミセルロースが含まれ、
- 植物系原料は、最初の酵素的加水分解段階で加水分解され、
- 最初の酵素的加水分解段階での滞留時間は8時間を超え、かつ、12時間未満であり、
- 最初の加水分解段階の後、炭水化物を含む液体画分は、固液分離段階で固体画分から分離され、

- 液体画分を、各固液分離段階の後に、回収する、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 植物系原料又は固体画分を、段階的に又は徐々に酵素的加水分解段階に供給する、請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 第2の又はその後の任意の酵素的加水分解段階を、酵素添加なしで実施する、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 最後の固液分離段階後のリグニン分離段階でリグニンが固体画分から分離される、請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 植物系原料が木材系原料又は木材系原料を含む混合物である、請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
