Abstract

La invención se refiere a un método de moldeo a presión y a un sistema de boquilla de moldeo a presión (10) para usarse en un sistema de cámara caliente (1) para el moldeo a presión de masa fundida de metal (4), que comprende una máquina de moldeo a presión (2) de cámara caliente con un recipiente de fundición (3) y un distribuidor de masa fundida (20), que distribuye la masa fundida (4) desde una boquilla de máquina (7) entre boquillas de moldeo a presión (40) calentadas uniformemente. Dispuesto entre una región de bebedero (42) de las boquillas de moldeo a presión (40) y el recipiente de fundición (3) se encuentra al menos una válvula de no retorno (48), que impide que la masa fundida (4) fluya de regreso desde la región de bebedero (42) en la dirección del recipiente de fundición (3). De acuerdo con la invención, la válvula de no retorno (48) se dispone respectivamente entre la región de bebedero (42) de por lo menos las boquillas de moldeo a presión (40) superiores y una rama final de los conductos de colada (22) en el distribuidor de masa fundida (20) a cada una de las boquillas de moldeo a presión (40).
