Abstract
Se proporciona un método de fabricación de muelles helicoidales. En el método de fabricación de muelles helicoidales, un muelle helicoidal (S) de un miembro de suspensión de vehículo se sumerge en un lecho fluidizado (2) en el que una capa o revestimiento de polvo (P) se fluidiza para el revestimiento. El muelle helicoidal (S) es sumergido en el área de corriente vertical (8) del lecho fluidizado (2) mientras una bobina extrema (E1) del muelle helicoidal (S) está orientada hacia arriba, y se somete periódicamente a un movimiento relativo (R2) con respecto a una dirección que contiene componentes verticales a un eje central (X) del muelle helicoidal (S) en relación con el área de corriente vertical (8).
