Abstract

Se describe un proceso para proporcionar uno o más materiales poliméricos termoestables sobre un objeto, en donde el proceso comprende al menos los siguientes pasos: - proporcionar una composición polimérica termoplástica que tenga una viscosidad de >10 Pasa temperatura ambiente que comprenda al menos un material polimérico reticulable; y luego - calentar opcionalmente la composición polimérica para alcanzar una composición polimérica reticulable líquida que tenga una viscosidad por debajo de 4 Pa.s, y luego - depositar la composición polimérica sobre un objeto utilizando una boquilla de aerosol, de giro o de extrusión y, caracterizado porque la deposición se realiza mientras que el objeto y/o la boquilla se están moviendo para crear un objeto recubierto al menos parcialmente con la composición polimérica; y luego - enfriar opcionalmente el objeto recubierto al menos parcialmente a temperatura ambiente, y luego - repetir opcionalmente uno de los pasos anteriores, y luego - aplicar un tratamiento de reticulación seleccionado de curado radical, curado por UV y/o tratamiento con calor para convertir los materiales poliméricos reticulables en materiales poliméricos termoestables.
