Abstract
Se proporciona una composición de asfalto para el pavimento de carreteras, que es excelente en resistencia en seco, resistencia después de la inmersión en agua y resistencia después de la inmersión en petróleo, un método para producir la misma y un método de pavimentación de carreteras. [1] Una composición de asfalto para pavimento incluyendo asfalto, una resina de poliéster y un agregado, en donde la resina de poliéster es un poliéster que tiene una unidad constituyente derivada de componente de alcohol que contiene 65% molar o más de un aducto de bisfenol A de óxido de alquileno y una unidad constituyente derivada de componente de ácido carboxílico que contiene 50% en mol o más de por lo menos uno seleccionado del grupo que consiste de ácido tereftálico y ácido isoftálico y tiene un punto de ablandamiento de 95°C o superior y 130°C o inferior y un valor de grupo hidroxilo de 20 mg KOH/g o más y 50 mg de KOH/g o menos, y una proporción de la resina de poliéster es 5 partes en masa o más y 50 partes en masa o menos con base en 100 partes en masa del asfalto; [2] un método para producir una composición de asfalto para pavimento de carretera que incluye un paso de mezclado de asfalto, una resina de poliéster y un agregado a 130°C o superior y 200°C o inferior durante 30 segundos o más, en donde la resina de poliéster es un poliéster que tiene una unidad constituyente derivada de componente de alcohol que contiene 65% en mol o más de un aducto de óxido de alquileno de bisfenol A y una unidad constituyente derivada de componente de ácido carboxílico que contiene 50% molar o más de por lo menos uno seleccionado del grupo que consiste de ácido tereftálico y ácido isoftálico y tiene un punto de ablandamiento de 95°C o superior y 130°C o inferior y un valor del grupo hidroxilo de 20 mg de KOH/g o más y 50 mg de KOH/g o menos, y la resina de poliéster se mezcla en una proporción de 5 partes en masa o más y 50 partes en masa o menos con base en 100 partes en masa del asfalto; y [3] se describe un método de pavimentación de carreteras que incluye un paso de colocación de una composición de asfalto obtenida mediante el método expuesto anteriormente en [2], formando así una capa de material de pavimentación asfáltica.
