Abstract

PROCEDIMIENTO DE FABRICACIÓN DE PLACAS HIBRIDAS ANTI-ABRASIVAS BASÁLTICAS Se trata de un proceso de fabricación de placas con revestimiento en basalto que se aplicar a elementos en contacto con productos altamente abrasivos para mayor resistencia a la abrasión resultando en el aumento de la vida útil y consecuente reducción significativa de las paralizaciones de los procesos industriales con aumento expresivo de la productividad, con aplicaciones en industrias de minería, siderurgia, patadas, existencias de viviendas, silos, máquinas y sistemas de transporte, almacenamiento y movimiento sujetos a la acción de la abrasión por contacto entre el insumo o el producto manipulación o superficie de almacenamiento y por lo tanto consistir en la placa de acero (1); cemento cola especial (2); tela de acero (3); placas de basalto (4) y tornillos (5) formando una placa híbrida de revestimiento basáltico resistente a la tracción ya la corrosión.
