Abstract

Trata-se de um processo de fabricação de placas com revistimento em basalto que serão aplicadas a elementos em contato com productos altamente abrasivos para maior resistência a abrasão resultando no aumento da vida útil e consequente redução significativa das paralisações dos processos indústrias com aumento expressivo da produtividade, com aplicações em indústrias de mineração, siderurgia, chutes, stock houses, silos, máquinas e sistemas de transportes, estocagem e movimentação sujeitos a ação da abrasão por contato entre o ínsumo ou produto com a superficie de movimentação e ou estocagem, portanto será composta por placa de aço SAC 50 (1); cimento cola especial (2); tela de aço (3); placas de basalto (4) e parafusos (5) formando uma placa híbrida de revestimento basáltico resistentes à tração e à corrosão.
