Abstract

Un fortificante para crecimiento y floración en horticultura, árboles y plantas ornamentales, plantas aromáticas y árboles frutales, a partir de agua residual de levadura de cerveza de muy baja concentración proteica. La obtención consta de las etapas previas: filtrado por 80 µm; tratamiento magnético del líquido; adición de 0,1 a 20 g/l de fosfato y 10 a 20 g/l de glucosa. La fermentación se realiza manteniendo el contenido de aminoácidos libres superior al 0,1%, contenido de Mg+2 superior al 0,1%, total de nitrógeno, fosfato y potasio inferior al 3,0%, contenido de proteínas de 0,5% a 1,0% y EDTA de 0,02% a 0,2%, todos en peso de materia seca; adición de microbios de origen ambiental; a temperaturas de 15°C a 40°C con agitación suave, durante 24 horas a 30 días; posterior filtrado y ajuste del pH. Se ha constatado su acción eficaz en diversos cultivos.
