Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento y a un dispositivo para fabricar una válvula de entrada o salida refrigerada interiormente (4) para motores de combustión así como a la válvula fabricada con el procedimiento y el dispositivo, respectivamente. El procedimiento comprende proporcionar una pieza de trabajo que comprende un vástago cilíndrico y un orificio cilíndrico que discurre desde un extremo de vástago de válvula en dirección axial. El procedimiento comprende además una conformación del extremo de vástago de válvula mediante laminado de perfiles del vástago cilíndrico hasta un diámetro menor, reduciéndose el diámetro del orificio cilíndrico y manteniéndose el orificio cilíndrico. El procedimiento comprende además una conformación de la sección de la pieza de trabajo contigua a un vástago de válvula para dar lugar a una cabeza de válvula mediante laminado de perfiles.
