Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método de fabricación de un elemento de calentamiento, a un elemento de calentamiento fabricado con el mismo y a un método de uso del mismo y, de manera más particular, se refiere a un método de fabricación de un elemento de calentamiento mediante la combinación de una pluralidad de alambres ultrafinos que tiene un valor de alta resistencia en una estructura paralela en la cual todas las áreas de la pluralidad de alambres ultrafinos hacen contacto entre sí, de modo que el valor combinado de resistencia es reducido mientras cada uno de los alambres ultrafinos tiene un valor de alta resistencia para mejorar la eficiencia de generación de calor; el elemento de calentamiento; un método de uso del mismo. El método de fabricación de un elemento de calentamiento de acuerdo con una modalidad de la presente invención, forma un alambre ultrafino que tiene un valor de alta resistencia de un metal único o un metal de aleación y después une una pluralidad de alambres ultrafinos para que estén en contacto entre sí para formar un manojo único que origina un alambre de calentamiento de hilo único.
