Abstract
Una composición de fibra de vidrio de módulo alto, y una fibra de vidrio y un material compuesto de la misma. La composición de fibra de vidrio comprende los siguientes componentes en porcentaje en peso: SiO2 55.7 a 58.9%, A12O3 15 a 19.9%, Y2O3 0.1 a 4.3%, La2O3 menos que o igual a 1.5%, CeO2 menos que o igual a 1.2%, CaO 6 a 10%, MgO 9 05 a 9.95%, SrO menos que o igual a 2%, Li2O+Na2O+K2O menos que o igual a 0.99%, Li2O menos que o igual a 0.65%, Fe2O3 menos que 1%, TiO2 0.1 a 1.5%; en donde, el intervalo de la relación de porcentaje en peso C1=Y2O3/ (Y2O3+La2O3+CeO2) es mayor que 0.6. La composición puede mejorar en gran medida el módulo de vidrio elástico, reducir significativamente la temperatura de fusión y la temperatura de formación del vidrio, reducir en gran medida la tasa de cristalización del vidrio fundido y la cantidad de burbujas bajo las mismas condiciones, y por lo tanto es más idónea para producción de horno de tanque a gran escala de fibra de vidrio de módulo alto con cantidad baja de burbujas.
