Abstract
La presente invención proporciona una composición de fibra de vidrio de grado electrónico y una fibra de vidrio y una tela electrónica de la misma. La composición de fibra de vidrio de grado electrónico comprende los siguientes componentes expresados como cantidades de porcentaje en peso: 51.0-57.5% SiO2, 11.0-17.0% Al2O3, mayor que 4.5% y menor o igual que 6.4% B2O3, 19.5-24.8% CaO, 0.1-1.9% MgO, 0.05-1.2% R2O=Na2O+K2O+Li2O, 0.05-0.8% Fe2O3, 0.01-1.0% TiO2 y 0.01-1.0% F2; en donde el rango de la proporción de porcentaje en peso C1=SiO2/B2O3 es 8.1-12.7, el rango de la proporción de porcentaje en peso C2=B2O3/(R2O+MgO) es 1.7-6.3, y el porcentaje en peso total de los componentes anteriores es mayor que o igual al 99%. La composición puede reducir el costo y la volatilización de las materias primas. También puede mejorar las propiedades dieléctricas del vidrio, aumentar las propiedades mecánicas y la resistencia al agua de la fibra de vidrio y mejorar el rango de temperatura para la formación de fibras. La composición es adecuada para la producción de hornos de tanque a gran escala.
