Abstract
Un transmisor para transmitir datos de carga útil utilizando símbolos Multiplexados por División de Frecuencia Ortogonal (OFDM), comprende un generador de trama, un modulador y un circuito de transmisión. El generador de trama configurado para recibir los datos de carga útil a transmitir y recibir datos de señalización de capa 1, L1, para su utilización en la detección y recuperación de los datos de carga útil en un receptor, y para formar los datos de carga útil con los datos de señalización en una pluralidad de tramas divididas en el tiempo para la transmisión, cada una de las tramas divididas en el tiempo que incluye una señal de secuencia de arranque, una señal de preámbulo y una pluralidad de subtramas. El modulador está configurado para modular uno o más símbolos OFDM del preámbulo con los datos de señalización y para modular una pluralidad de símbolos OFDM con los datos de carga útil para la transmisión en cada una de las subtramas. El circuito de transmisión transmite los símbolos OFDM que transportan los datos de señalización del preámbulo y los datos de carga útil en la pluralidad de subtramas. La señal de preámbulo forma un inicio de cada una de las tramas y comprende uno o más símbolos OFDM que transportan los datos de señalización L1, un primero de los uno o más símbolos OFDM que transportan una parte de longitud fija de los datos de señalización L1 de un tamaño predeterminado, los datos de señalización L1 de longitud fija que indican los parámetros de comunicaciones para detectar una parte de longitud variable de los datos de señalización L1 transportados en los uno o más símbolos OFDM restantes del preámbulo, y la señal de secuencia de arranque comprende uno o más símbolos OFDM que transportan una indicación de parámetros de comunicaciones para detectar los datos de señalización L1 de longitud fija transportados por el primero de los uno o más símbolos OFDM de la señal de preámbulo.
