Abstract
Se provee un método de transmisión de una trama de datos en una red de área local inalámbrica. El método incluye el paso de: obtener una oportunidad de transmisión (TXOP) que indica un intervalo de tiempo durante el cual un transmisor tiene un derecho a transmitir al menos una trama de datos y un ancho de banda disponible para la TXOP y secuencialmente transmitir una pluralidad de tramas de datos a por lo menos un receptor durante la TXOP, en donde un ancho de banda de una trama de datos subsiguiente de la pluralidad de tramas de datos es el mismo que o más estrecho que el ancho de banda de una trama de datos anterior de la pluralidad de tramas de datos que es la última previamente transmitida antes de la trama de datos subsiguiente.
