Abstract
Se obtiene una lámina de acero de alta resistencia que tiene un alto límite elástico, una excelente capacidad de formar rebordes estirados y resistencia a la fragilización de trabajo secundario. Una lámina de acero de alta resistencia con una excelente capacidad de tratamiento de conversión química tiene una composición con el contenido de C: del 0.02% a menos del 0.10%, de Si: menos del 0.3%, Mn: menos del 1.0%, P: 0.10% o menos, S: 0.020% o menos, Al: del 0.01% al 0.10%, N: 0.010% o menos, y Nb: del 0.003% a menos del 0.070% en masa, siendo el resto Fe y las impurezas inevitables; una microestructura de acero con el contenido de ferrita: 90% o más y el total de perlita, martensita, austenita retenida y cementita: del 0% al 10% sobre la base de fracción de área, con el tamaño de grano promedio de la ferrita de 15.0 µm o menos, y con la relación entre las dimensiones promedia de la ferrita de 1.2 o más; y una resistencia a la tracción de 500 MPa o menos.
