Abstract

Se proporciona un método de recubrimiento metálico por inmersión en caliente continuo que puede reducir tanto la falta de recubrimiento causada por vapor de metal generado en una tobera como la falta de recubrimiento causada por una película de óxido sobre una superficie de baño de metal fundido en la tobera y cambiar de forma estable y rápida la oxidabilidad de la atmósfera en la tobera. En un método de recubrimiento metálico por inmersión en caliente continuo, se suministra gas oxidante en una tobera 14, una temperatura de una superficie de pared interior de la tobera se mantiene a 150 °C o inferior por debajo de una temperatura del baño de metal fundido, y una temperatura atmosférica de una porción superior en la tobera se mantiene a 100 °C o inferior por debajo de la temperatura del baño de metal fundido.
