Abstract
La presente invención proporciona un ensamble de boquilla para expulsar un material de expulsión mezclado con aire comprimido, por lo que se somete a tratamiento la superficie de un objeto que ha de tratarse. Este ensamble de boquilla tiene: un cuerpo de boquilla provisto de una abertura de succión de material de expulsión para succionar un material de expulsión y con una abertura de expulsión para expulsar el material de expulsión junto con aire comprimido; y una boquilla de aire para expulsar el aire comprimido dentro del cuerpo de boquilla. El cuerpo de boquilla tiene: una cámara de mezclado que comprende un espacio formado para mezclar el material de expulsión, el cual se succiona a través de la abertura de succión de material de expulsión, con el aire comprimido; un primer pasaje el cual es un pasaje que conduce desde la abertura de succión de material de expulsión hacia la cámara de mezclado; y un segundo pasaje el cual es un pasaje que conduce desde la cámara de mezclado hacia la abertura de expulsión. La boquilla de aire se proporciona con: una sección de expulsión de aire comprimido formada en el extremo frontal de la boquilla de aire; y un tercer pasaje el cual es un pasaje que conduce hacia la sección de expulsión de aire comprimido. El tercer pasaje se inserta en el cuerpo de boquilla de modo que la sección de expulsión de aire comprimido se ubica en la cámara de mezclado del cuerpo de boquilla. La sección de expulsión de aire comprimido de la boquilla de aire se proporciona con una sección de constricción de flujo que tiene una abertura que tiene una sección transversal más pequeña que la del tercer pasaje.
