Abstract
La invención se refiere a un dispositivo de granulación que está diseñado como una máquina de recolección de paja-cosecha guiada por campo y que, cuando está conectada a un tractor (1) con un cortador (2), comprende un motor diesel (7) que acciona un generador de corriente (13) y también una prensa de troquel anular (9). El material de paja cortado pasa a una cámara seca (5) y a través de un transportador helicoidal (8) a la prensa de troquel anular (9). El troquel anular (17) de la prensa de troquel anular está montada en cojinetes anulares (18) sobre una base (19), sobre la que también está articulado un par de palancas de pivote (20) para un rodillo triturador flotante (16). Un motor de accionamiento eléctrico (11) alimentado por el generador de corriente (13) acciona el transportador helicoidal (8) mediante un controlador (12), y los servomotores (23) que se acoplan sobre las palancas de pivote (20) regulan la separación del rodillo. El controlador (12) está gobernado en función de la necesidad de inyección del motor diesel (7) y/o de la presión aplicada por la prensa.
