Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de peletização é formado como colheitadeira de palha conduzida no campo e disponibilizado conectado em um trator (1) com triturador (2) por um motor a diesel (7), que aciona um gerador de energia (13) e também uma prensa de matriz anular (9). a palha triturada chega em um espaço de secagem (5) e, por um transportador helicoidal (8), chega na prensa de matriz anular (9). tal matriz anular (17), nos rolamentos anulares (18), é apoiada em uma base (19), na qual também são articuladas um par de alavancas giratórias (20) para um cilindro de moagem (16). um motor de acionamento elétrico (11) alimentado pelo gerador de energia (13) aciona o transportador helicoidal (8) por um regulador (12) e servomotores (23), que engatam nas alavancas giratórias (20), regulam a coluna de moagem. o regulador (12) é conduzido pela necessidade de injeção do motor a diesel (7) ou da pressão da prensa.
