Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un ensamble de cierre de tubo, dicho ensamble comprende: - un cabezal del tubo que comprende un cuello y un revestimiento de cierre que sella dicho cuello; - una tapa (7) que comprende un punzón (9) proporcionado con por lo menos un diente (25), dichos uno o más dientes (25) se configuran para cortar periféricamente dicho revestimiento de cierre (12´); dicha tapa (7) se configura para pasar de una posición abierta, denominada posición a nivel, en donde dichos uno o más dientes (25) se nivelan con dicho revestimiento de cierre, a una posición, que se denomina posición de perforación, en donde dichos uno o más dientes (25) perforan dicho revestimiento de cierre (12´), luego de dicha posición de perforación a una posición final que permite el corte parcial de dicho revestimiento de cierre (12´), el paso de dicha posición de perforación a dicha posición final se lleva a cabo con una escala de rotación angular por debajo de 360°.
