Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un proceso para preparar un material de sal de nailon granular, en donde una mezcla acuosa, que comprende al menos 65% en peso de componentes de sal y como máximo 35% en peso de un medio acuoso, siendo el porcentaje en peso (% en peso) en relación con el peso total de la mezcla acuosa, es sometido a destello desde un recipiente de presión a través de una válvula de destello en una cámara de evaporación, evaporando de este modo el medio acuoso en una cantidad suficiente para dar como resultado un contenido de humedad residual de como máximo 7.5% en peso, y formando un material de sal de nailon granular. La invención se refiere también a un proceso para preparar un polímero de nailon, que comprende polimerización directa en estado sólido del material de sal granular preparado por granulación instantánea.
