Abstract

Se proporciona un engrane dentado externamente (4) de un engranaje de ondas de tensión tipo dual (1) con unos primeros y segundos dientes externos (7, 8) que tienen diferente número de dientes, y es flexionado en una forma elipsoidal por un generador de ondas. Cuando los valores teóricos (d1, d2) de las cantidades de flexión radial en posiciones del eje principal de los primeros y segundos dientes externos (7, 8) flexionados en la forma elipsoidal son expresados por d1=m1n1 y d2=m2n2 (m1 y m2 representa los módulos de los primeros y segundos dientes externos, y n1 y n2 representan enteros positivos), las cantidades de flexión radial (d) de los primeros y segundos dientes externos (7, 8) flexionados por el generador de ondas (5) cumplen d=(d1+d2)I? (1.4=?= 2.6). Por lo tanto, se puede lograr un engranaje de ondas de tensión tipo dual con el que los primeros y segundos dientes externos que tienen diferentes números puedan ser flexionados adecuadamente para formar excelentes estados de engrane con los respectivos engranes dentados internamente.
